2. Hosting Services

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

    • Customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchasing a hosting plan if they are dissatisfied with the service.

    • Refunds do not include the cost of any add-ons such as SSL certificates or premium support services.

  • Conditions:

    • The hosting plan must not have been used for malicious activities or violated our Terms of Service.

    • Refunds for hosting services will only be processed for first-time purchases and not for renewals.


3. Domain Registration Services

  • Non-Refundable Fees:

    • Domain registration fees, including renewals and transfers, are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.

  • Domain Transfers:

    • If a domain transfer fails due to reasons outside of Nyiko Digital’s control (e.g., incorrect EPP codes or registrar restrictions), a refund for the transfer fee will not be issued.


4. Website Design and Development Services

  • Project Deposits:

    • Deposits made for website design and development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Cancellation:

    • If a project is canceled by the client before completion, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the progress of the work.


5. Google Ads and SEO Services

  • Non-Refundable Services:

    • Services like Google Ads management and SEO optimization involve labor and expertise, and therefore, payments made for these services are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Clients must provide a 14-day written notice to terminate these services. Charges incurred during the notice period are non-refundable.


6. Process for Refund Requests

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@nyikodigital.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”

  2. Include the following details:

    • Your full name

    • Order number or invoice

    • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.


7. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for services rendered fully or where significant progress has been made.

  • Refunds are not issued for promotional offers, discounts, or free trials.

  • Custom services or software tailored to a client’s specific needs are non-refundable.
